Just sold in Aloha!
When I first met this buyer he told me that he needed three things: 1. a two car garage 2. single level 3. a large yard for him and his two dogs. Okay! Let the searching begin! It didn’t take long for me to discover that looking at houses wasn’t his favorite thing, but he hung in there with me! With his background in construction, his eye for perfection made finding the ‘right’ house more of a challenge. Then, this charming single level ranch came on the market in Aloha. We were the first to tour the home and the first to write an offer- an offer of many. Together, we wrote a competitive offer that the sellers ultimately accepted. My buyer was more than thrilled to finally have a place that he could feel settled and call home, plus he no longer had to leave work to run around and look at homes with me 😉
Now that Spring has arrived, he and his dogs will be able to move in and enjoy their new home and backyard to the fullest! He has many little projects he plans on completing, odds and ends to add his personal touch and make it his own. Living in Aloha puts him closer to work, family and friends.
