Jake and Stephanie just sold their home in Clinton and had planned to take their time finding their next abode and not rush in to anything. But then shortly after their home closed this sweet little English came up in their dream neighborhood, Colonial Heights, and it checked all their boxes. This is the second home I have helped Jake and Stephanie buy, so they are well versed in our real estate market and we were already an well oiled machine when it came to finding the right house for them, we just had to wait for the right one to come along. So when it turned out to be a multiple offer situation on this sweet little English, they didn’t mess around and we tailored their offer to the situation and got it accepted.
