Before taking a job relocation offer with her tech employer my client did her fair share of research into high schools for her then graduating 8th grader. The newly built Mountainside High at Progress Ridge in Beaverton won out and she enrolled in the IB program https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/International_Baccalaureate in September.
After renting for almost a year, they decided to put down roots and buy a place that was near enough for her daughter to walk to school with friends. This also means that they are within walking distance to the Progress Ridge retail shops and restaurants too, including the 9th grade favorite, Dutch Brothers.
It has been a year of fresh starts for everyone including their new puppy Stella.
