Congratulations to all my April closers! My sellers in Hillsdale got multiple offers, closed in 3 weeks for over list, and sustained a back-up offer the entire transaction. My buyer in SW Portland won out over 8 other offers to land her lush one-level contemporary with vaulted ceilings. And “to be continued” on my current clients closing on their first home in Montavilla next week!
