Practical, Pragmatic, and full of Joy

Corey is basically my perfect client. Practical and pragmatic, she makes level headed decisions, listens to my advice (and even writes it down and keeps it in her original New Buyer folder that I gave to her half a year ago), and takes calculated risks. She knew exactly what she wanted, exactly how long she wanted to live there for, and exactly where she wanted to be. And we found it! Her purchase was as smooth as can be with a dream team assembled on both sides of the transaction. But for as well scheduled and thought out Corey is, she has no shortage of joy. She moves through the world seeing possibility and a bright future. Having a client with such a great attitude was an absolute delight for me.
