FINALLY……. we closed on this 4 bedroom, 3 bath ranch with a wonderful, large, private yard on a quiet street in Hubbard, OR‼️. Perfect family home, reasonably priced. The sale was on hold for 6 months while all kinds of legal “stuff” were being handled behind the scenes.
Fortunately, we found a buyer who ABSOLUTELY fell in love with this home and agreed to rent until they could finally purchase.
So very glad everything worked out the way it did for both the buyers (who are thrilled) and the sellers who can now move on to the next chapter in their lives.
