Three months ago, I met Laura and Neil. They had been looking for awhile, and had some bad luck with their house search so far. They had found a couple dream homes, only to find inspection issues that forced them to walk away.
Right after we started their search, they found the house! Unfortunately, the house had some issues that needed to be addressed and a tenant that wasn’t super excited to facilitate that work. Almost three months, a sewer repair, and a significant price reduction later– they’re home owners! Congrats, Laura and Neil!
