Recently, I listed a home for sale on NE Mallory for two dear cleints whom I adore. I helped these clients purchase this home almost 10 years ago and have assisted them with some design work and consulting over the years. The Mallory home was one of my favorite places to visit – greeted with a warm hug, mischievous wink and often a snack or glass of wine. Visiting these clients was like coming home. Selling their home was not only emotionally difficult for them, but me as well. It is a place that I love.
Luckily, these dear clients are staying in Portland and will still be within close range of my neighborhood. Although I will be visiting them in a different place, I am looking forward to making new memories and positive associations.
Although… driving down the tree lined street of NE Mallory will always hold a special place in my heart.
