My friends Joe and Celia had invited me over three separate times over the years to talk about selling their south Tabor home and relocating to some privacy, a little larger home and some acreage – two kids and a new business later, 2018 was the year we made both selling and buying happen. Finding a property with a welcome reminder, wonderful remodeled mid-century home, fields and forest, a barn, and a grocery store 7 minutes away was worth the wait.
