No bodies found!

Every once and a while there a really special house that I’ll get to sell. Every house is special in it’s own way, but this one was special in a real rough way. This home had been a rental for 15 plus years and had fallen into neglect, but it was a perfect house for someone to come in and put in some serious sweat equity.
During the inspections the buyers inspector discovered an old refrigerator that had  been buried into a wall. It was behind a paneling wall and there was just one vent to ‘nowhere’ that the inspector found to identify that there was indeed a refrigerator back there. Luckily, the mystery fridge did not slow these buyers down, but it did beg the question:
Why would someone wall in a fridge and what the heck is in that fridge?
It became a kind of standing joke that really did inspire some nervous laughter.
Well, as soon as the buyers got possession, they had to get into that wall and find out! I got this photo the day after closing AND…
