Andrew & Kimberly were originally referred to me as buyers, by their friends who are also clients of mine. I helped them in the purchase of this gorgeous Rose City Park bungalow, which they loved and didn’t think they would ever leave. Fast forward to now, and the addition of twins! Both being from the east coast, Andrew & Kimberly felt the pull of family (it takes a village, especially with twins!), and they had to say goodbye to the RCP bungalow. This is another couple that I’m sorry to see leave town, as they are great people, despite being from NJ.
I’m from NJ. I can make that joke. But nobody else better mess with NJ.
This beauty of a bungalow was off the market in 5 days and sold over list price. MVP shoutout goes to Carson Mead (also of Living Room Realty) who was awesome on the other side of this transaction. Thanks & Congrats to all!
