Just Sold: Cully Transformation
Tom and Jess transformed this place. Bought as an abandoned foreclosure in the depths of the Great Recession, they used their own muscle and vision to upgrade every inch of this fabulous 1941 home. Even more astounding is how they turned the triple lot backyard into a dream urban farm, complete with the nicest chicken coup I’ve ever seen (check it out here!). Now, moving back to Spokane to be with family (they bought the home as 2 and are leaving as a family of 3!), I’ll miss them. Wishing you the best in your new chapter, Tom & Jess!
