Oh, Johnny and Yetzia, thank you for being a bright light in a tough market! Those of us in real estate who work a referral based business talk a lot about working with people who “know, like and trust you.” And Yetzia and Johnny are the best representation of why that is so important. After securing one property in a multiple offer situation, and going through the stress and expense of inspections, we decided to terminate. Having seen a leveling off in the housing market we had a feeling that we would be ok getting back out there, and Yetzia and Johnny trusted our gut feeling. We found them the perfect little starter ranch in “Greater Woodstock” for $5k less then the last house, and in much better condition just a week after terminating on the first home.
