It’s a big deal when another agent gives you a referral, especially for someone in your own city. Erin Primrose (another awesome agent at Living Room Realty) referred me to John, her buyer during a period when she needed some coverage.
John and I hit it off immediately and began his house search in earnest. He is an experienced home buyer, and knew what he wanted, especially the location. Proximity to life, trails, and a low-maintenance yard were some of the intangibles (to a structured search anyway)…after visiting several listings over a period of a few weeks, we finally found the one in SW Council Crest!
