It’s high season at the coast, the market is moving at quick pace compared to just months ago. This morning I learned that I had to get a Civil Engineer, Plumber and HVAC contractor to all appear at a house in 24 hours within a one hour window of each other. A huge dose of gratitude for all 3 of these professionals to adjust to this demanding constraint and agree to get the job done.
