Small House, Big Deal!

Timing is everything! When Emily and Noah purchased their 936 square foot ranch in St Johns in 2014, it was a small house, but felt like a big deal! Fast forward 4 years. Add to the mix: one cute toddler, 2 dogs, and a healthy Sellers Market in Portland. With some very hearty equity built, they were able to trade-up with ease. Life is good!
