Architectural extremes – helping design savvy clients move

By Living Room Realty, August 8, 2018

I love working with repeat clients and developing lasting relationships that can traverse the years. I also am thrilled when I can bridge my real estate work with my love of architecture and interior design. THE BEST for me is when I can merge all three – real estate, design and friendship.

Recently, I had was able to work with repeat clients to both simultaneously sell their hip + historic Mississippi one bedroom condo and buy a new construction LEED certified beautifully modern townhouse.

These clients are design savvy and this translates into the spaces they inhabit. Uniqueness permeates and it is fun for me to anticipate how they can transform each home (with its own very specific time period) into a welcoming, stylish and thoughtful space. I loved their historic condo but I can not wait to see how they will settle, grow and incorporate design into their new townhouse and for us to  maintain friendship for years to come.
