As a Real Estate Agent, there are few thing better than working with repeat clients.
I worked with Justin and Lillian on the purchase of their first home three years ago, and now, they had simply outgrown it. Their first child is an active and cheery three year old and their second, now at eight months, is ready for more space to start moving. They wanted to be on a quiet street, with more space and good schools. Together we found and purchased a great home in Eastmoreland for them to expand in to.
Aaron and Mallory, clients and good friends, purchased their first home in Portland in the Overlook neighborhood in 2015 with my help. This year they contacted me to search for a rental. We knocked it out of park, buying during the dark days just after the holidays to get them a great deal.
Shawn and Melissa, after working on the purchase of their Hillsboro home, insisted on working together again for the purchase of their second home in Seaside.
Nol and Stacy, my very first sale as a Real Estate Agent, contacted me to help with the purchase of a new rental.
I can go on, but my point is, this business is one of relationships and service and the greatest complement I can ask for is the trust of the clients I have had in the past to come back, and give me another opportunity to do the work I love.
