I think Woodstock is my new favorite East Side hood. Not just bc one of my dearest and oldest friends just bought this rad fixer there either. Woodstock has all the things: nice but not over the top (hi Division st!) affordable, walkable, and best of all, the Ace hardware has a mini skate shop in it! Congrats you four! Im super excited to see what you do with it…
