I first met my client at Lovejoy Bakery as we discussed his wishlist over Pellegrino and a croissant. His Italian demeanor was that of a kind and genuine person, I knew instantly I would do everything in my power to help him make his investment dream a reality. We would come across what would seem to be the perfect unit, make a strong offer, and quickly learn the bad news. Not once, not twice, not five times, but nine different properties! His patience and drive never trembled, he kept his head up and got back to the grindstone first thing in the morning. Time after time we were offered back up position, but never the green light. Just as we were beginning to believe this may never happen, we got the phone call that we had the opportunity to move forward with one of his top picks! A solid duplex in Gresham, tucked away on a quiet street with long term renters made this client’s American dream a reality. I couldn’t be happier for him and his new endeavor as an investment property owner.
