Susannah and Steven came referred to me through a very dear mutual friend of ours. Susannah has always held a special place in my heart because I know how much our mutual friend loves her and holds her dear.
Steven and Susannah called me from an open house they fell in love with one day. We all thought it would have multiple offers, but it did not! It sat for a few weeks while they worked diligently on getting pre-approved. I watched the listing closely and checked in regularly with the listing agent in the mean time. I was so wanting this to come together for them!
They finally got their approval and lickity split we put an offer together. It was accepted! Now they are living happily ever after in their new home. Susannah is there today painting and I know they will make this house so beautiful and fill it with love!
