When Barb decided to move she and her two young children she knew she was looking for more than good bones and sound plumbing, it had to feel right. Barb has purchased 6 houses and knows what to look for, what to avoid, and mort importantly, the gut feeling when she’s found “the one”.
After a full morning of touring houses, Barb and I decided to fuel up with a coffee and snack break. That’s when she told me the next and final house is the one she’s had a little stomach flip about for the past week or so. As soon as we walked onto the property and saw the beautiful gardens, she could picture her children playing there. After a competitive bidding war, we were able to seal the deal by being flexible with the move in date and hey, we’re pretty awesome to work with. One month later she’s picking her paint colors and booking moving trucks. Off onto their new adventure!
