I’ve known Marshall and Tiff for over 10 years and through iterations of our lives in business, pre-kids, the works. Marshall has always had large-scale ideas going on in his head behind the scenes. Sometimes it’s about the next career move, sometimes it’s an entrepreneurial idea to dig out his basement and build and ADU. This time it was about buying the next home to move their family to. When I got the call, the house had been sitting on the market for over 30 days, and Marshall had already done their buyer due-diligence in assessing the market potential for the home, schools, etc. The home was listed as only allowing cash or a rehab loan, but with a little negotiating with the listing agent, I was able to help Marshall and Tiff get their conventional loan offer accepted. The rest was a dream, and I’m so thankful to have been part of turning a behind the scenes idea into a real life dream home!
