Welcome to the Willamette Valley! Cindy and Joel are moving from Kansas City. They wanted to be close enough to enjoy Portland but have some land and studio space for art making. A view and a fireplace would be nice.
We found this cool 1960’s split level on Chehalem Mountain in the middle of Newberg wine country. Half an acre, a view that belongs on a marketing brochure and vineyards all around. Downstairs is a move in ready studio space with an existing work table that the owner agreed to leave. Plus, there are two fireplaces.
Cindy flew out, we made an offer and Joel got to see it on the day of close– which happened to be one of the most beautiful fall days this month. That big smile on his face says it all. I love this job!
