Stephanie Domurat believes a home is more than square footage — it’s where life unfolds. It’s where love is shared, milestones are celebrated, and everyday moments become lasting memories. Helping people find the right fit — not just the right house — is what drives her work.
Stephanie grew up in Southern California and, after graduating from college, spent nearly a decade moving across the country for her work as a local news anchor. But when she landed in Oregon in 2015, she found something different.
It was the first place that truly felt like home — and the first place she felt the urge to stay.
Through her work in local news, Stephanie had the privilege of getting to know Portland and its surrounding communities deeply — from the coast to wine country, from vibrant urban neighborhoods to quiet suburban streets. She understands that wherever you land here, you can find your community.
Stephanie brings to real estate the same care, integrity, and thoughtfulness that defined her journalism career. As an Emmy Award–winning news anchor and reporter, she built a reputation for clear communication, strong advocacy, and earning the trust of the community she served. She takes that responsibility seriously. For Stephanie, relationships will always matter most, and a client’s needs will always come first.
She has a deep appreciation for home design and architecture and loves imagining the life that will unfold inside each space. Whether it’s a mid-century gem, a classic Portland bungalow, or a modern build filled with light, she approaches every home with curiosity and care.
Outside of work, Stephanie enjoys live music, art, time in nature, and exploring the beauty of the Pacific Northwest. She’s an animal lover and shares her home with her husband Lee and their beloved pets — Wendy the cat, Doug the pug, and Abby, her sassy potbelly pig.
Stephanie would be honored to help you find the place that makes you excited to come home.
