Would you believe me if I told you that Chad and Susan had been looking for a home for over a year? It’s true. We estimate that in this time we saw close to 100 homes! This one was their 12th offer, so we crossed our fingers and held our breath. We were competing, again, but we put together a strong offer. Then the day came and I got the call that they were accepting our offer, and I may have accidentally screamed into the phone when I talked to the list agent!
Now, more than 365 days after Chad & Susan started this journey, I get to hand them keys to their new home and I couldn’t be more thrilled for them!
