Congrats to Linda and George two down and one to go! My clients decided to shake everything up sell both of their homes and business in downtown Manzanita. The second home closed this week and it had an amazing lot backed up to the Nehalem State Park giving the back yard and sun room lots of privacy. Naturally this was everyones favorite part of the house. George and Linda will be missed by the community as they owned Bread and Ocean the local bakery and lunch spot. I already thinking I need to learn how to make those amazing ham and cheese rolls. However, I want to wish them well on their new adventure in Seattle close to family and grandchildren.
