Kendra and Mitch were on the hunt for a project. Mitch is a contractor and Kendra is no slouch when it comes to real estate investments and creative vision.
When the two discovered this little cottage, tucked away in a hidden pocket in Overlook, they knew it’d be the perfect project to dive into. This sweet cottage, in the same family for over 40 years, needs some love. We are thrilled that it will soon have a new lease on life! I’m not sure about you, but I can’t wait to see what they do!
