I recently helped one of my dearest friends buy a new home and I couldn’t be happier for her. Kristen and I have known each other for 20 years, and she was one of the first people I met after I moved to Portland after graduating at U of O.
Kristen and I have had so many fun adventures together. Bowling nights, skiing trips, birthday celebrations, and oh-so-many late nights watching music-including her own awesome band, The Hazmats. I got to visit her in the hospital right after she had given birth to her beautiful daughter Ramona(who is now a beautiful 14-year old!).
Kristen and her partner, John, have been together for a few years now and have decided to make the ultimate move: Buying a home together. I was thrilled when they came to me, because obviously it would be fun due to our history together, but also because I love getting to help people invest in their future. We found them a real sweetie that was ready to roll. Also, John is contractor, so there are lots of future upgrades a-comin’ and I’m so excited to see what these two create together!
