New construction is abundant in Bethany. Farm land has turned to houses and navigating all the new construction can be dizzying. But over a 6 month period, my client and I saw a large portion of the new construction offerings and made an offer on what seemed like the perfect fit for his family. Due to some delays in my client’s relocation package, we were forced to terminate that transaction. Which turns out to be a great thing. Once my client’s relocation package was worked out, his wife came to town and decided she was not a fan of the house they had previously put an offer on, but much preferred one down the road. And so today, they closed on what is truly the perfect home for their family.
