Roman and Maria just bought their first home while expecting their first child! It was a delight to help them find the perfect place to settle into during this exciting time in their lives. They’re both first generation immigrants to the US, and buying a home has long been a dream of theirs.
Roman works at Nike and needed a nice home office to use during Covid. They also wanted a sweet bedroom for the nursery, an updated kitchen and a large backyard for their growing family.
The solution appeared on a cul-de-sac in Tigard: a beautifully updated split-level with a modern kitchen, spacious living areas, cheery room perfect for the nursery, luxe master suite, fully finished basement and a great backyard with a basketball court ready for their son when he gets a little older.
Maria and Roman are so excited to share their new home with family and welcome their son in February!
