Having their eye on Portland for a number of years – the career opportunities, the mountains and
woods, coastal whale watching and old friends had always been a hanging carrot to Mike and Andrea. When Mike was
was offered a position in a cutting edge neuroscience research lab at the Vollum Institute (OHSU) they decided to fly their Australian coop.
They settled on a rental in NE Portland and immediately started their house search with Chris and I. BAM! One week later we were under contract on a quaint house in inner SE Portland. We couldn’t be happier to place them in the Woodstock Neighborhood. They are going to love the Farmers Markets and the closeness to the Willamette river on our hot summer days. The perfect neighborhood to land.
