My clients were on a tight time frame to find the perfect home in Milwaukie. They had recently been relocated from Idaho due to a job change and needed to find a home by October. We spent a few days looking for a home, wrote an offer and were outbid. Due to their time frame, it was either find a house in a week or rent for a while. We watched the inventory closely for a few days and then saw the cutest home. We called the seller’s agent immediately, were the first people to view the house, wrote a strong offer and just like that, our offer was accepted. I am so happy for my clients to have an adorable home to move into and within their time frame. It was also refreshing not to get into a huge bidding war with all the stalling and nail biting. Sometimes it pays to be on the ball and quick to write an offer!
