Personally speaking, the Pearl District is one of the most beautiful parts of Portland. I love the quaint shops, great restaurants, and modern vibe of this area. Today, I couldn’t be more excited to celebrate the close of my clients’ sale in their beautiful new condo in the Streetcar Lofts. Tons of natural light spill in from the floor-to-ceiling windows leading out to a Juliette balcony. They are so excited to make this place their own.
