Agent Relationships

By Living Room Realty, November 25, 2019

When I got into real estate, a more experienced agent told me that it was an “incestuous business.” After the Game of Thrones imagery wore off I asked him to clarify. He explained that to be really successful in Real Estate, the relationships you have with your clients is great, but you really need to have great relationships with your fellow agents.

About a year ago I worked with Rachel Freed of Urban Nest Realty on a transaction in St. Johns. It was a memorable one due to the communication that took place. Since, I’ve always appreciated the way she handled transactions and recently we were able to work with her once again! It was a multiple offer situation and our past relationship was key in getting the home for our buyers. This one was a huge win, and I look forward to working with Rachel again in the future!!
