Around the bend…

By Hans Tonjes, February 22, 2019

Snow will soon be a memory, skies will turn blue. A new Manzanita real estate market cycle is right around the corner. Prices are in check but inventory is low, it’s a good time for a plan and some vigilance. I’ve got some new listings coming up soon. There’s plenty to talk about at the coast, please get in touch!
