Be smart, ugh I misspelled smart. That’s better.

This group is my adorable and smart sister, brother in law and niece – pictured here making another smart investment decision. They have added another door to their real estate portfolio – this one my niece will live behind! I don’t think they started off picturing themselves as real estate investment moguls by any means, but slowly they have built a nice sampling of properties in Portland that makes them feel secure going towards the future even though some of their job-paths have been less conventional as a whole.
