Congratulations to my clients who are trading in the Pearl District Condo life for some more space in Bonny Slope. My clients had looked over a year ago, but decided the time wasn’t right to purchase their first home. Time spent with their young family in a small condo during the pandemic helped them come to the realization that the time had come to have some more square footage as well as private outdoor space. Walking distance to a neighborhood park and excellent schools helped seal the deal!
