Condo? Investment Property? All of the Above.

Condos aren’t an unusual thing. But, a condo with an ADU on the main floor on Division Street? That’s special. This particular property had offers due the day my clients saw the listing. At that point, we were too late and decided to move on and look at other properties. Then the condo came back on the market. With two open houses scheduled for that weekend, we knew we needed to put forth an aggressive offer to entice the seller to take it off the market before the first open house. With the investment potential of the first floor ADU, this was not a scary thing to do for my clients. Today my clients move in to this special property. Congrats!
