Cathy and Mark wanted to build a new modern home in the SE neighborhood that they loved. It took us about 2 years to find the right combination of location, lot size and home style, but in January, we found a builder starting construction on a floor plan they liked in the perfect location, that was willing to let them customize all their finishes.
It was quite the journey through a customized build in the middle of a pandemic! Large doses of patience and perseverance were required, but it paid off because they were able to design a stunning home with all of the features they were looking for.
