Hmmmm… I think that considering the political climate with LGBTQ+ and specifically Trans right to work without discrimination, I want folks to know that if they are in a place for homeownership it’s potential to build not just a monetary nest egg but space for sanctuary and dependable housing . The layout for privacy AND co-housing is what did it for me… and the shag.

OH and also the next-door neighbors that were instant BFFs.
