I had the privilege to represent sweet first time homebuyers who are also good friends. My clients had a wish list of being close in on the east side, a garage space, a place for their awesome puppy to play and not a fixer. One of the first homes that we looked at ticked off all of these boxes and is super cute to boot so we weren’t surprised that they had a handful of offers to review quickly. Through great communication with the listing agent (who I knew quite well) we were able to put together an offer that won!!
