First Time Buyer + Pandemic = No Problem

By Living Room Realty, June 12, 2020

Buying your first home is never easy. When Travis approached me earlier this year he had plenty of questions, wanted to see several homes, and was also in no rush to purchase. He was happy to wait for the perfect home at the perfect time. Then a global pandemic shut down most aspects of society and his anticipated wait suddenly got a lot longer. However, with patience and guidance Travis was able to find a quintessential 1940s home in Milwaukie- close to both his work and family.

The rules and regulations may have gotten stricter but the fundamentals of a transaction remain the same. Together, we had a smooth and issue-free process culminating with a closing date just in time for warming weather and a summer spent in the private oasis of his new home.
