This is one of the more dreamy stories…Alexia & Luke were a referral from another agent, the impeccable Scott Shoji. It is beyond an honor when another agent calls you up to refer business…the sheer amount of trust that goes in this process is hard-won.
Like many out-of-town buyers, Alexia and Luke had been searching Portland listings for a while from the comfort of home in California. When this end-unit townhome that backs to Fanno Creek walking trails popped up, they immediately put the wheels in motion.
We were in a multiple offer situation, but Alexia & Luke were great communicators, asked great questions, and ultimately trusted the process with the competitive price and terms we wrote. So for their very first offer ever on their very first house ever, they won a multiple offer situation!
