Another busy year is winding down. My last transaction of the year just closed minutes ago. It’s that season, to recoup, look back, catch breath, and… Anticipate! Many of you have been looking with me for new opportunities to purchase vacation or retirement homes on the North Coast. There are a few new listings in the rumor mill. Maybe some snow will fall.
