Home buying with community in mind

By Living Room Realty, January 31, 2019

When I met Esteban, I knew right away that we were going to be a great fit. He told me that it was a very high priority to work with as many women/POC/LGBTQ+ people as possible for whatever services he needed. His values were so clear and his drive to find a beautiful home for himself and his daughter was exactly the attitude needed when buying a home. We connected with the amazing Jen Bell, one of the most marvelous mortgage brokers I have the pleasure of knowing. They hit it off and we hit the ground running!

Esteban was referred to me by a former client of mine, Andy, who talked me up and gave me a glowing review. Thanks Andy! Side-note: There really is no better praise of my work than when someone refers me to a friend of theirs. Talk about TRUST!

After a bit of house-hunting, Esteban fell in love with a gorgeous Craftsman home in the Tabor neighborhood. Ideal for entertaining, Esteban and his daughter Gabriella are looking forward to enjoying long summer days spent in their new backyard with friends!

It was such a joy to work with Esteban and help him find the perfect home, all while sticking to his values!
