Home is Where the Pool is

By Marissa Sainz, August 14, 2019

In Oregon a swimming pool is usually not on the top of my buyer’s wish lists.  As was the case for Brad and Talulah, but when this house came along it turned into a huge plus!  We had a very small area they were searching in due to schools for their two young ones.  The home checked all the boxes.  We viewed it just hours before offers were due.  They wrote a strong offer to hopefully beat out 4 completing offers!  Within a few hours the house was theirs.

We completed inspections, including my first pool inspection.  The inspectors came out to test the pool heater, pumps and levels of chemicals.  They also did a visual inspection of the pool to make sure the structure was in good shape.  In the end Brad and Talulah will have a few precious weeks of summer to enjoy their new pool!
