Some things are just meant to be. As long time patrons of what some would argue is Portland’s best pizza joint, my clients serendipitously called me when a townhome just inches away hit the market. After multiple offers were received we got the call that we were the prevailing offer! The pressure to bike or drive to Gladstone Pizza was relieved and today my clients are the proud owners of a gorgeous townhome in a pocket of Kenilworth they adore! In closing, I wouldn’t be doing justice to this little story without saying that my clients were some of the kindest people I have ever crossed paths with. I felt lucky when I met them and I feel even luckier know that I can call them my friends.
