Just Sold! Bright and Bold in Boring!

By Living Room Realty, September 24, 2021

Sam, Josh, and Maylena have an awesome story. They’re all siblings who decided to do an amazing act of care for their parents: they bought them a new home. It’s been a true joy to work with this amazing family and so great to watch as they give back to the folks that brought them into the world. We searched extensively for the right place, but it was immediately clear that this was the one. First of all, it’s big enough to have plenty of visitors over; this is a big happy family. But from the large front and back lawns to the granite detailing in the kitchen, this home checked every box.  I’d be remiss if I didn’t thank Morgan Duran on my team for all of her work with this one. She was more than happy to be present for all home tours, inspections, and everything else along the way. Thank you, Morgan! Sam, Josh, and Maylena: thank you all so much for trusting me to help you. I know your parents will love it here. Welcome home!
