Congratulations to Bryce and Katherine, new owners of this wonderful ranch-home in Canby! They’re moving from S Oregon to be closer to their kids. They very much wanted to join the Canby Community and were set on the ranch home. We saw this home the first day it hit the market. Bryce and Katherine knew immediately it was the one. We then put together a strong strategy to beat out six other offers! The home features 3 beds, a lovely kitchen, and an awesome fenced yard with tons of space. Katherine, an avid gardener, is already planning to transform the backyard into her own private sanctuary. As big Portland Timbers fans, they’re excited to attend more games now that they’re closer.
